when you have a not-so-straight-forward issue hierarchy, this addon will be your saviour on tracking the progress. not to mention the quick response from their team. great app so far.

This is a very useful add-on. I cannot say enough good things so far. The load performance, even across thousands of nodes is very quick, and walking through the tree view (expand/collapse) to explore nodes is also very smooth and quick. The best part is that aggregate data flows up through all levels of the hierarchy for both hours (measured from original estimate or time remaining) and story points. I have engaged this vendor directly and they are swift to reply. It's one of the best add-ons I've used and I've been an Atlassian Admin (and user of the tools) for 15 years now. Another benefit is that a filter can be produced to yield just enough data for a particular team to work with; a greater filter can be produced to yield all of the data for macro level reporting. Oh, and embedding a view of this data on a Confluence page is an added bonus since you can set the width and height of the iframe allowing great depth of business intelligence while exploring the data. I've posed a few improvements to this tool and the product manager here has already replied, seeking details and discussion on when such features can be expected. A very nice tool from, as expected, one of the best vendors here in the marketplace. Its price point for this add-on is well in line with other tools. Being cloud fortified and highly supported makes my job so much easier.

We needed a way to summarize the Time Spent ratio to Estimated Time for all the issues underneath our Epics, but were having to do quite a bit of work to figure it out manually. After we installed "Agile Docs" created by Rhys Diab and eliminated an orphan duplicate "Epic Link" field, everything worked great. Rhys even helped us debug the solution of eliminating the duplicate "Epic Link" field. (The app assumes there is just one Epic Link field...which is logical.) Once we got the Agile Docs working in Jira, we clicked on the "Copy Link" icon and pasted the URL for "Agile Docs" into an iFrame macro in Confluence, where it works just as well there. This is a logical, well designed add on to Jira that is going to eliminate a lot of manual effort. It will help our company scale more quickly and give our leadership quick visibility into some previously buried information.
