Yes, you can create posts to publish immediately or schedule them for any future date and time. Just follow these steps:
  1. First, ensure your monday.com account is connected to the social media platform you want to post on (Facebook, for example).
  2. Then, go to the 'Create Post' section, type your post copy, and add any media (videos, photos, documents, etc.) you'd like to include.
  3. Select whether you want to publish straight away, or at a later date and time.

Yes, you can delete any scheduled post before it is published.


Yes, in the 'Metrics' section, you'll find insights on key analytics, including interactions, comments, likes, and shares per post.

No worries. On Facebook, you can edit your post even after publishing. On Instagram, due to platform limitations, you can only edit a post that hasn't been published yet. If you need to make a change to a published post, you'll need to edit the post directly in Instagram.
Yes, you can connect as many accounts as you need.

No, you can schedule an unlimited number of posts.

Yes, you can post both photos and videos at the same time across all supported platforms.

Yes. Once you create a post, your team will see it in the 'Post Overview' section, where they can edit or update it if needed.
The app is free for up to one social media account connection (for example, you can connect up to one Instagram account to the app for free). If you'd like to connect more accounts, you will need to purchase a paid plan.
Once installed, the app is available to all users in your monday.com account. However, it must be added to each workspace individually. Only users with access to that workspace can create and publish posts through the connected accounts.
Only users with access to a monday.com account can access the app.
Social Media Manager supports billing through monday.com. Ensure the app is installed in your account first, and then complete the following steps:
  1. Click on the 'Installed Apps' button located at the top right corner of the monday.com App marketplace.
  2. Click on 'Social Media Manager'.
  3. You will be redirected to the app's main page. Click on the 'Billing' tab found in the menu at the top left of your screen.
  4. Once in the Billing tab, click on 'Upgrade plan'.
  5. Choose a plan that works best for you and your team. Once you select a plan, click on 'Continue to checkout' at the bottom right corner of your screen.
  6. Pay by credit card or PayPal and click 'Complete your purchase' at the bottom right corner of your screen.
If you purchased a paid plan and would like to change it, you can update it to the new plan whenever you want. The difference will be discounted if you purchase before your next renewal.
