At Upscale, we're gearing up and getting ready for Atlassian Team ‘24, the biggest event of the year for the entire Atlassian ecosystem – the place to discover what's next in the future of work!
This is not just any industry conference—it's a pivotal gathering that shapes the landscape of work for Atlassian enthusiasts and professionals worldwide.
I had the privilege of attending last year's event. It's an experience I never take for granted as it is instrumental in preparing me for the year ahead, particularly in my new position as Head of Product at Upscale.
Last year's main theme centred on 'Empowering Teams' and the crucial role of fostering cohesive and efficient teams in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. My main takeaway was the significance of adaptive tools and methodologies in promoting collaboration, a theme close to our hearts at The Adaptavist Group.
Now, with the unstoppable rise of artificial intelligence (AI) in the workplace, I'm eager to hear what predictions and themes will be covered this year, in particular, how remote and hybrid teams can make the most of AI and other workplace tools to support their everyday work.

This year's agenda is jam-packed so I am going to try and go to as many sessions as I can. My two must-sees are:
- The founder's keynote - this is always a highlight for me as a product manager. It's where the latest advancements and new feature announcements are unveiled, setting the stage for what's next in the Atlassian ecosystem. Staying ahead of these developments is essential as we continue to innovate with Upscale. It's sure to be a fascinating session, so I'll definitely be having my notepad at the ready!
- Better workdays start here: Tools for teamwork in a distributed world - as a member of a remote organisation, this session immediately caught my eye. I'm eager to hear about the latest tools and strategies to help teams and organisations stay more connected and productive wherever they are. I am sure there will be lots of valuable tips and advice in this session that will be invaluable for my future planning at Upscale.
And, of course, I can't resist plugging one of our own!
